Terms of Service

By creating an account or using any part of the UnderDraft platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use UnderDraft. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation (e.g. a sports league or club), you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. UnderDraft is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep credentials secure.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep that information up to date.

• Do not share your account with others.
• Notify us immediately at support@underdraft.app if you suspect unauthorised access.
• You may not create more than one account per person without prior written consent.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Upload or share content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or discriminatory.
• Impersonate another person or organisation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or other users' accounts.
• Use the Service to send unsolicited communications (spam).
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service without written permission.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to UnderDraft (e.g. league details, game scores, photos). By submitting content, you grant UnderDraft a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, store, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring that any content you submit does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without prior notice. In cases of serious violations (e.g. illegal activity), termination may be immediate.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, UnderDraft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to UnderDraft in the twelve months preceding the claim, or CAD $100, whichever is greater.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
